This class is an hour in length and it will really help to tone and lengthen your muscles. This type of exercise works on the core of your body which is the stomach, buttocks and lower back and by strengthening those parts it will in turn help to strengthen all other areas of your body. We do not hold the poses we do repetions from one pose to the next. I have expertise on the ball, on the mat, dumbells, the Pilates ring and the Pilates band. We start out with a good warm up at the beginning then we follow with the poses and after that a short cooldown followed then with up to a 20 minute relaxation period.
