Operating since 2006 Yoga Plus has been providing quality personal certified instruction for Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, meditation and stress management.  Owned and operated by Mary Risman, certified instructor in all the for mentioned disciplines, has been helping clients with many health conditions such as lower back problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, frozen shoulder, sore muscles, stress and others, for over four years.  Mary and Yoga Plus were recent recipients of the Innisfil Chamber of Commerce 2008 Service Business Award.  Mary was nominated for this award by her clients in recognition for her dedication and caring personality in the pursuit of addressing her client’s needs.  Mary provides MOBILE services and instruction by appointment.

To further her commitment to the communities’ health Mary has now become a certified Reflexologist and certified Shiatsu therapist.  Offering these services  in your private home or office setting.  Yoga Plus is expanding to meet growing demands.  Some of the benefits of Reflexology and Shiatsu are the ability to help with stress, sore muscles, depression and much more.  To discuss your needs or book an appointment please contact Mary Risman.
