1) Before joining Yoga Plus please make an appointment to come by to view the studio and to fill out a par Q form and all other necessary forms
2) If you are pregnant please provide the instructor with a doctors note. This is mandatory.
3) When attending class please wear comfortable clothing as it will help you to ease into the poses faster
4) Please refrain from wearing perfume
5) Please turn cell phones off
6) If arriving late please enter the front door quietly and lock the door behind you and come down quietly
7) We have a lot of different packages to suit your needs from single classes to packages and then to prepaid structured classes.
8) If you want to try a single class that is fine but you must pay on the same day
9) The Stress Management relaxation class is always a single class and must be paid on the same day the class is being taken
10) The packages that Yoga Plus has to offer are good for two months and must be paid either on the same day the class is being taken or before
11) The structured prepaid class sessions must be paid before the session start
12) There are absolutely no refunds and cannot be transferable
13) If you have to cancel please give Yoga Plus 24 hours to cancel. If you cannot do that due to unforssen circumstances than that is fine.
14) Yoga Plus takes cash or cheques if paying by cash please provide the correct amount as we do not have cash on the premises
15) We can provide all the equipment but you are welcomed to bring your own
16) All prices for any service that we have to offer or products are subject to change
17) Yoga Plus would love for you to refer your friends if you do that there will be a free class.
18) If purchasing a package please show each time you come to class your card so that I could initial it
19) Please give Yoga Plus 24 hours notice for cancellation of private sessions otherwise you might be billed the full price of one session or you forfeit a session
