YOGA PLUS MASSAGE AND WELLNESS   GUIDELINES FOR SERVICES

     1)      Please make sure that driveway and outside steps going to the front door is
      free of ice and debris

      2)      If there is a lot of steps to the front door please make sure that someone
           is there to assist with the massage table

3)  Please make sure to make space for therapist on the main floor

     4)      If the occupant of the home wants the therapist to go up to the second floor or down below with their massage table please have someone there to assist
