2009 Jan/Feb Schedule

Monday, Friday and Saturdays the schedule will stay the same for the whole year

Monday we are open from 10:00am to 7:30pm lunch from 1:15pm-2:15pm we are open for private yoga or Pilates sessions, Stress management and Relaxation sessions as well as we will be providing special workshops like meditation and more from time to time please refer to the workshop page on our website

Friday we are open from 10:00pm-6:00pm lunch from 1:15pm-2:15pm we are open for private yoga or Pilates sessions, Stress Management and Relaxations Sessions as well we will be doing some special workshops like Meditation and more from time to time please refer to the workshop page which is on our website

Saturday we are open from 9:15am-11:30pm for private yoga or Pilates sessions, regular yoga, Pilates or Prenatal Yoga classes and Stress Management and Relaxation Sessions

Tuesday program  Sport Yoga ( Hatha Yoga) all levels can attend

  • 9:15am-10:15am regular yoga class
  • 12:00pm-1::00pm regular yoga class
  • 4:00pm-5:00pm regular yoga class
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm 8 week yoga sessions Jan 6- Feb 24
  • 6:45-7:45pm 8 week yoga sessions Jan 6- Feb 24

   Wednesday programs Sport Yoga ( Hatha Yoga) all levels can attend

  • 12:00pm-1:00pm regular yoga class
  • 2:30pm-3:30pm regular yoga class
  • 4:00pm-5:00pm regular yoga class
  • 6:45pm-7:45pm 8 week yoga sessions Jan 7- Feb 25

   Wednesday programs Pilates on the mat, Pilates on the ball, Pilates with the resistance band and Pilates with the Pilates Ring

  • 9:15am-10:15am 8 week Piltes sessions Jan7- Feb 25

   Wednesday programs Gentle Prenatal Yoga ( Hatha Yoga)

  • 5:30pm-6:30pm 8 week Prenatal Yoga Sessions Jan 7- Feb 25
